LoginAny remote control function contains 2 types: WEB remote control and client remote control. WEB remote control can just use browser to control the distance computer. But client remote control needs to install LoginAny control side software.
5.1 WEB remote control using introduction
WEB remote control directly using browser to complete the remote control function. At present, only support IE and Maxthon, it will upgrade to support Firefox, Opera later period.
Virtues: simple, convenience , control side computer needn’t to install software( the computer to be controlled must install LoginAny controlled side )
5.1.1 Login WEB controlling center
1. Enter into personal center from user login at LoginAny homepage.

Please use account and password you named by E-mail that registered on LoginAny website.

2. After successful login, choose " control service centre "

In control servicing:

a,What can control center do？
At control center, you can visit remote computer and friends computer in control list, you can also share you computer to others to control.
b. How to display the computer to be controlled at control list?
Install and login LoginAny controlled side software into the computer to be controlled. Note: that the account and password of login controlled side and login WEB control center must the same.
c. Controlled computer online:
LoginiAny controlled side software of controlled computer normally. The controlled computer online can accept controlling and being shared to controlled by others.
IP address: controlled computer’s IP address. If the controlled computer has public network IP, the address is its public network IP. If the controlled computer is in localarea network, the address is the public address of the LAN, but not the internal net IP address.
Online times: present login period of the controlled computer.
d. Controlled computer out of line:
If controlled computer’s LoginAny controlled side software which had logined normally isn’t login at this time, the reason may be that controlled computer closed-down, the net interrupted, controlled side service closed by hand and so on.
The computer offline can not being control or share to be controlled. The controlled side computer out of line can be deleted.
The latest online: the time when controlled computer logout for the last time.
5.1.2 Remote control computer
1. Started control: choose the host online, click "control."

Start controlling: choose computer online, click "control" once

Enter into the main control interface of controlled computer when you passed the remote service verification.
2. Install AXtiveX control: When you are using WEB remote control function for the first time, the system will request you to install LoginAny’s ActiveX control. Only if you have installed ActiveX control, you can use browser to execute remote control operation normally.

3. Login controlled computer: connect with the computer to be controlled after a short time net estimation. And then it will note you to input user name and password.

Special attention: the user name and password belongs to controlled computer.
4. Remote desktop connected successfully: After input correct username and password, you will connect with controlled computer’s remote desktop successfully. You can operate remote computer as in local.

5.1.3 Edit remote computer
Edit computer means to modify the information displayed, namely to modify the computer’s display name.

Click "edit", input new name into the dialogue box, and then OK

5.1.4 Share remote computer
1. Start sharing: choose the computer online, click "share"

2. Input share times.

3. Copy share code: In the process of sharing your computer, in order to make sure the communication safe, LoginAny will randomly generale a 32-digit Hash share code, the other side must know the Hash share code and your computer operate system’s account and password or he won’t remote control your computer.

5. Complete share: Send Hash share code to the friends whom you believe or you have agreed to open the control authority, and then share completed. Now, computer icon will changed, this means this computer has been shared.

Official warning:If someone know the Hash share code and your computer system’s account and password, he can remote visit this computer. So, please pay attention to the security of the computer system’s account and password.

5.1.5 Share management.
1. Start managing: share management means to manage share information of remote computer in control service center. Click "share management" which marked on the upper right of remote computer list.

2. Enter into management interface: management function contains: establish new share, cancel share, modify share period, look over share code, look over share visit user.

You can choose to modify share period or to delete a certain share.
You can look over share visit user, and stop a certain user visiting you.
Introduction: colorized share code display is valid, gray is invalid.
5.1.6 Add goodfriend computer.
1. Start adding: after you get the share code provided by your good friend, and then you can add computers. Click "add 1 set good friend computer" on the upper right of good friend computers list.

2. Input share code: Input the Hash share code that the other side supported and input some simple introduction.

3. Add completly: After the adding, the Computer's information will display on friend's computer list, now, you can remote control this computer.

5.1.7 Control good friend's computer.

5.1.8 goodfriend computer management
For good friend computer, you can edit memo and delete computer to management.

5.2 Client software using
Client remote control means to install LoginAny control software to complete remote monitor function. It not only contains remote desktop, but also contains remote files transfer, remote process management, remote registry list editor, remote video camera monitor, remote command prompt. Besides the function of remote visit, client has the function to share and send your recourses.
Virtue: plentiful function, strengthen compatibility of operate system, support Windows Vista/XP/2000/2003.
5.2.1 control stage configuration and interface introduction

5.2.2 Account state
Account state contains 2 kinds: personal edition and professional edition, the introduction of each are as follows"

2. For professional user, the most number of controlled and visited computer is based on the product series and the service combo you bought.
 
5.2.3 User scores.
Used to look over users' score quantities. Convenience to the users to choose which service should they to exchange

5.2.4 Remote operate
Remote operate, You need to know the user name and password of other’s computer operations system to make the connection smoothly.
Need to note that: we find that many users regard the whole name of login XP as the user name to login LoginAny remote connection operate system. This is wrong.

There are 2 users on the above. Usually use "honey ", but it may not user name. The "users" in "computer management " can see the real situation.

It seems that the real username is "Hawei", "honey " is only a full name. So, please not treat "honey" as user name to login. Or we will only note you that " username and password error" . Of course, majority of people are accustomed to install the same name to username and full name, in this way, they won’t make this kind of mistake.
5.2.4.1 Remote desktop
Step 1: choose the computer you prepared to make remote desktop connect (include my computer and my good friend’s computer)
Step 2: Click "remote desktop" in "remote operate" or click "right button" on the computer to choose "remote desktop"

Step 3: Input other side’s operate system username and password, then to connect.

Note: Please ensure the correctness of the username and password.
Remote desktop connect succeed. As the picture follows:

Now, you can use remote computer as use local computer.
5.2.4.2 File transfer
Step 1: Please choose the computer you prepare to process remote file transmission( include my computer and good friend’s computer).
Step 2: Click "file transmission" in "remote operate " list or click "right button" of the computer you choose to pickup " file transmission"

Step 3: Input other’s operate system username and password, namely to process the connection.

Note: Please ensure the correctness of username and password.
File transmission connect succeed. As the picture follows:

Step 4: Start to transmit files: open the catalogs of the computers you need to transfer, and drag directly.

5.2.4.3 Process management.
Step 1: Choose the computer you prepare to do the remote. (include my computer and good friend’s computer management)
Step 2: Click "process management " in "remote operate " or click "right button" of the computer you choose to pickup "process management"

Step 3: Input friends's operate system username and password, namely to process the connection.

Note : Please ensure the correctness of the username and password.
Process management of remote computer connect succeed. As the picture follows:

After connect succeed, you can use the remote "Windows task manager" as in local. For example: choose a certain processing and click right button to end the process. At the same time, you can examine the CPU, the use condition of memory and other information of remote "Windows task manager" as in local.
5.2.4.4 Registry editor.
Step 1: Choose the computer you prepare to do the remote registry editor connection (include my computer and good friend’s computer).
Step 2: Click "registry editor" in the "remote operate " list or click "right button" of the computer to choose "register editor"

Step 3: Input other’s operate system username and password, namely to do the connection.

Note : Please ensure the correctness of the username and password.
Register form editor connect successfully. As the picture follows:

After registry editor connect successfully, you can operate remote registry editor as local.
5.2.4.5 Remote video camera.
Step 1: Choose the computer you prepared to do remote video camera connection. (Include my computer and good friend’s computer)
Step 2: Click " remote video camera" in the "remote operate " list or click "right button" of the computer to choose to "remote video camera"

Step 3: Input friends's operate system username and password, then to do the connection.


Note : Please ensure the correctness of the username and password.
5.2.4.6 Command prompt
Step 1: Choose the computer you prepared to do remote command prompt connection. ( Include my computer and good friend’s computer)
Step 2: Click "command prompt" in the "remote operate " list or click "right button" of the computer to choose to "command prpompt"

Step 3: Input other’s operate system username and password, namely to process the connection.

Note : Please ensure the correctness of the username and password

5.2.4.7 Share with friends.
Step 1: Choose the computer you prepared to share. Step 2: Click " share this computer" in the "remote operate " list or click "right button" of the computer to choose to "share this comoputer"

Step 3: Choose the valid period according to your needs.

After the valid period determined, click "Confirm"
Step 4: Copy the share code: in the process of share the computer with others, in order to ensure the communication safe, LoginAny will random produce a group of 32-digit Hash share right code, the friends's side can‘t remote control your computer until they know your Hash share rights code and operate system password.

5.2.4.8 Share management.
Step 1: Step 2: Click " share computer management" in the "remote operate " list or click "Right button" of the any computer to pickup "share computer management"

Step 2: After pass Step 1, open "share computer list". You can examine and manage (include create and delete) every computer’s share rights code; examine and manage the connected users under every share rights code.

5.2.4.9 Add good friend’s computer.
Step 1: Obtain the share code that your good friend provided.
Step 2: Click "add good friend’s computer" in "remote operate" list.

Step 3: Input "share authorizing code " and it’s describe information. Click "confirm", namely to find out the good friend’s computer you have just added from your friends list.

Click "Confirm"

The computer you’ve just added has been in friends list, you can remote control now.
