LoginAny remote control function contains 2 types: WEB remote control and client remote control. WEB remote control can only use browser to control the distance computer. But client remote control needs to install LoginAny control side software.
5.1 WEB remote control using introduction
WEB remote control directly using browser to complete the remote control function. At present, only support IE and roam, it will upgrade to support Firefox, Opera and so on.
Virtues: simple, convenience , control side computer needn’t to install software( the computer to be controlled must install LoginAny controlled side )
5.1.1 Login WEB controlling center
1. Enter into personal center from user login at LoginAny website home.

Please use account and password you named by E-mail and registered on LoginAny website.

2. After successful login, choose " control service centre "

In control servicing:

a,What can control center do？
At control center, you can visit remote mainframe and visitor mainframe in control list, you can also share you computer to others to control.
b. How to display the mainframe to be controlled at control list?
Install and login LoginAny controlled side software into the mainframe to be controlled. Note: that the account and password of login controlled side and login WEB control center must the same.
c. Controlled mainframe online state:
LoginiAny controlled side software of controlled mainframe normal login. The controlled mainframe online can accept controlling and being shared to controlled by others.
IP address: controlled mainframe’s IP address. If the controlled mainframe has public network IP, the address is public network IP. If the controlled mainframe is internal net computer, the address is the public address when your mainframe at internal NAT, but not the internal net IP address.
Online times: present login period of the controlled mainframe.
d. Controlled mainframe out of line:
If controlled mainframe’s LoginAny controlled side software which had logined normally isn’t login at this time, the reason may be that controlled mainframe closed-down, the net interrupted, controlled side service closed by hand and so on.
The mainframe out of line can not being control or share to be controlled. The controlled side mainframe out of line can be deleted.
The latest online: the time when controlled mainframe leaves for the last time.
5.1.2 Remote control mainframe
1. Started control: choose the host online, click "control."

Start controlling: choose mainframe online, click "control" once

Enter into the main control interface of controlled mainframe when you passed the remote service certification.
2. Install AXtiveX control: When you are using WEB remote control function for the first time, the system will request you to install LoginAny’s ActiveX control. Only if you have installed ActiveX control, you can use browser to process remote control operation normally.

3. Login controlled mainframe: connect with the mainframe to be controlled after a short time net estimation. And then it will note you to input user name and password.

Special attention: the user name and password belongs to controlled mainframe.
4. Remote table top succeed: After input correct username and password, you will connect with controlled mainframe’s remote tabletop successfully. You can operate remote computer as in local.

5.1.3 Edit remote mainframe
Edit mainframe means to alter the information displayed, namely to alter the mainframe’s display name.

Click "edit", input new name into the dialogue box, and then OK

5.1.4 Share remote mainframe
1. Start sharing: choose the computer online, click "share"

2. Input share times.

3. Copy share code: In the process of sharing your mainframe, in order to make sure the intercommunity safe, LoginAny will randomly organize a 32-digit Hash share code, the other side must know the Hash share code and your computer operate system’s account and password or he won’t remote control your mainframe.

5. Complete share: Send Hash share code to the friends whom you believe or you have agreed to open the control limit, and then share completed. Now, mainframe icon will changed, this means this mainframe has been shared.

Official warning:If someone know the Hash share code and your computer system’s account and password, he can remote visit this computer. So, please pay attention to the security of the computer system’s account and password.

5.1.5 Share management.
1. Start managing: share management means to manage share information of remote mainframe in control service center. Click "share management" which marked on the upper right of remote mainframe list.

2. Enter into management interface: manage function contains: establish share, cancel share, alter share period, look over share code, examine, look over share visit user.

You can choose to alter share period or to delete a certain share.
You can look over share visit user, and stop a certain user visiting you.
Introduction: colorized share code display is valid, gray is invalid.
5.1.6 Add goodfriend mainframe.
1. Start adding: after you get the share code provided by your good friend, and then you can add mainframes. Click "add 1 set good friend mainframe" on the upper right of good friend mainframes list.

2. Input share code: Input the Hash share code the other side supported and input some simple introduction.

3. Add completed: After the add completed, the Computer's information will display on friend's computer list, now, you can remote control this mainframe.

5.2 Client using introduction
Client remote control means to install LoginAny control software to complete remote monitor function. It not only contains remote tabletop, but also contains remote files transmission, remote processing management, remote register form editor, remote video camera monitor, remote command prompt. Besides the function of remote visit, client has the function to share and send your recourses.
Virtue: plentiful function, strengthen compatibility of operate system, support Windows Vista/XP/2000/2003.
5.2.1 control desk deploy and interface introduction

5.2.2 Account state
Account state contains 2 kinds: personal version and professional version, the introduction of each are as follows"
Personal version User

To personal version. it can controlled a maximum of 3 computer and can visit a maximum of 3 friend computer
 
Professional version

1. If you are a professional version, you will have to pay. The users who exchanged integral to professional version service or who bought LoginAny magic U plate and LoginAny authorized cards are all professional version users.
2. For professional user, the most number of controlled and visited computer is based on the product series and the service combo you bought.
 
5.2.3 Integral condition.

5.2.4 Remote operate
Processing remote operate, You need to know the user name and password of other’s computer operate system to make the connection prosperously.
Need to note that: we find that many users regard the hole name of landing XP as the user name to land LoginAny remote connection operate system. This is wrong.

There are 2 users on the above picture of operate system. Usually use "honey ", but it may not user name. The "users" in "computer management " can see the real situation.

It seems that the real username is "Hawei", "honey " is only a full name. So, please not treat "honey" as user name to login. Or we will only note you that " username and password error" . Of course, majority of people accustomed to install the same name to username and full name, in this way, they won’t make this kind of mistake.
5.2.4.1 Remote desktop
The first step: choose the mainframe you prepared to process remote tabletop connecting (include my computer and my good friend’s computer)
The second step: Click "remote tabletop" in "remote operate" or click "right button" on the mainframe you choose to pickup "remote tabletop"

The third step: Input other side’s operate system username and password, namely to connect.

Note: Please ensure the correctness of the username and password.
Remote tabletop connect succeed. As the picture follows:

Now, you can use remote computer as use local computer.
5.2.4.2 File transmission
The first step: Please choose the mainframe you prepare to process remote file transmission( include my computer and good friend’s computer).
The second step: Click "file transmission" in "remote operate " list or click "right button" of the computer you choose to pickup " file transmission"

The third step: Input other’s operate system username and password, namely to process the connection.

Note: Please ensure the correctness of username and password.
File transmission connect succeed. As the picture follows:

The fourth step: Start to transmit files: open the catalogs of the computers you need to transmit, and drag directly.

5.2.4.3 Processing management.
The first step: Choose the computer you prepare to process remote management( include my computer and good friend’s computer)
The second step: Click "process management " in "remote operate " or click "right button" of the mainframe you choose to pickup "process management"

The third step: Input other’s operate system username and password, namely to process the connection.

Note : Please ensure the correctness of the username and password.
Remote computer process management connect succeed. As the picture follows:

After connect succeed, you can use the remote "Windows task manager" as in local. For example: choose a certain processing and click right button to over the process. At the same time, you can examine the CPU, the use condition of memory and other information of remote "Windows task manager" as in local.
5.2.4.4 Register form editor.
The first step: Choose the mainframe you prepare to process remote register form editor connect ( include my computer and good friend’s computer).
The second step: Click " register form editor" in the "remote operate " list or click "right button" of the mainframe you choose to pickup "register form editor

The third step: Input other’s operate system username and password, namely to process the connection.

Note : Please ensure the correctness of the username and password.
Register form editor connect succeed. As the picture follows:

After register form editor connect succeed, you can operate remote register form editor as local.
5.2.4.5 Remote video camera.
The first step: Choose the mainframe you prepared to process remote video camera connect. ( Include my computer and good friend’s computer)
The second step: Click " remote video camera" in the "remote operate " list or click "right button" of the mainframe you choose to pickup "remote video camera"

The third step: Input other’s operate system username and password, namely to process the connection.


Note : Please ensure the correctness of the username and password.
5.2.4.6 Command prompt
The first step: Choose the mainframe you prepared to process remote command prompt connect. ( Include my computer and good friend’s computer)
The second step: Click " command prompt" in the "remote operate " list or click "right button" of the mainframe you choose to pickup "command prpompt"

The third step: Input other’s operate system username and password, namely to process the connection.

Note : Please ensure the correctness of the username and password

5.2.4.7 Share with good friends.
The first step: Choose the mainframe you prepared to share. The second step: Click " share this computer" in the "remote operate " list or click "right button" of the mainframe you choose to pickup "share this comoputer"

The third step: Choose the valid period according to your needs.

After the valid period determined, click "OK"
The fourth step: Copy the share code: in the process of share the mainframe with others, in order to ensure the intercommunication safe, LoginAny will random produce a group of 32-digit Hash share right code, the other side can ‘t remote control your mainframe until they know your Hash share rights code and operate system password.

5.2.4.8 Share management.
The first step: The second step: Click " share computer management" in the "remote operate " list or click "Right button" of the any mainframe to pickup "share computer management"

The second step: After pass the first step, open "share mainframe list". You can examine and manage (include create and delete) every mainframe’s share rights code; examine and manage the connected users under every share rights code.

5.2.4.9 Add good friend’s computer.
The first step: Obtain the share code your good friend provided.
The second step: Click "add good friend’s computer " in "remote operate" list.

The third step: Input "share authorizing code " and it’s describe information. Click "confirm", namely to find out the good friend’s mainframe you have just added from your good friends list.

Click "OK"

The mainframe you’ve just added has been in good friends list, you can remote control now.
