2. How to add the controlled computer?
Answer: you should to install LoginAny controlled side into controlled computer, if your are using personal edition, you can control three computers and use the same account to login upon controlling side and controlled side, and then you can open controlled side in your computer and see the controlled computer in the list.

a.The temporary method is shutting up A, then opening B, install LoginAny controlled side.

6. How to cancel the sharing with my friends?
Answer:Please select "manage my sharing computer" in operation function on the left side of client side, you can choose the authorized code to share to one good friend in pop list, click " delete sharing authorized code" can cancel the sharing operation that provide by this friend, if you want to cancel all the sharing to your friends, you can choose "my computer" click " delete the computer sharing" .
7. Do I must install plug-ins if using web?
Answer:If you install client side soft, web will be installed automatically, if not, browser will remind of the installation.
8. Why is it appear black screen if operate net games in controlled side?
Answer: Because the most net game are adopt directX technology, LoginAny haven’t optimized the directX system, so some game can not going though LoginAny, we will optimized it subsequently.
9. Why is it remind error when I input username and password in order to remote control the remote's computer?
Answer when LoginAny is executing remote control, it need to know the user name and password .
Here remind everybody, we find many user using the whole name of XP as the user name to login LoginAny remote control system, this is wrong. We always see the name in the operation system, Maybe this name is only a whole name but not the user name, we will see the real situation in "user" of " computer management " ( checking method: click "my computer" with the right key, choose "management" option then choose "local user and team" then choose "user".

Under condition of no setting system password of remote's computer, if you have rights autonomy to use the remote's computer, you can though our software to customize the user name and password, the method is to start LoginAny in remote's computer, then click the "desktop service deployment selection" to choose "customize the user" then click "new user" and input user name and password. please select manger ,next time you can use the user name and password to login.
12. How to retain the desktop background of the remote's computer?
Answer:Please right click the tray icon in the lower right corner then choose "desktop service deployment selection" cancel the selection of the " hide local wall paper automatically when having remote linking" ,to guarantee the speed of the remote control we suggest you hiding the wall paper .
13. When remote control speed is lower whether have method to resolve?
